The Gran Vía is the main artery and the financial pulse of the city, here all the great banks were founded and constituted, promoted by the industrial local and foreign investors from the past. Nowadays this main street has plenty of great stores which the city enjoys and all the  banks from the past which still have a big importance in the city.
